Legacy Giving considers your privacy important. We process personal data and other data carefully and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations to protect your privacy. Below you can read what you can expect from us and which rules we follow.<\/p>\n

We keep records, in which personal data of relations and clients are also recorded. A relationship is a person known to Legacy Giving (for example by requesting information or participating in a service such as a webinar or online event).<\/p>\n

We collect personal data (name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, gender and eventually job title and employer) to inform you about our content, promotions and for marketing purposes, such as offering one of our services.<\/p>\n

The collection of personal data is done through the website when you send us an email or sign up for our email newsletters, or when you place an order through our website. And offline this is done via registration forms or telephone calls.<\/p>\n

Financial data and data related to a transaction, purchase or payment are collected to execute the agreement (e.g. purchase ticket for event). This information is not provided to third parties for commercial purposes.<\/p>\n

In short, we process personal data for the execution of an agreement, service or a legal obligation, on the basis of consent and for the execution of the legitimate interest of Legacy Giving.<\/p>\n

Photos and footage<\/strong><\/p>\n

Legacy Giving is always careful with photos and images.
